Training, support, conference calls and newsletters available free to support EXIT real estate brokerages

Led by Sharron Richardson, the Franchise Support Team at EXIT Realty Corp. International provides customized training and support to franchisees and office administrators throughout the EXIT system. This comprehensive training includes the EXIT Formula, EXIT procedures and the contribution of the Administrator to agent recruiting and retention, bookkeeping and processing listings and deals using our proprietary production software called MEMO.

Richardson also hosts monthly conference calls and publishes a monthly newsletter, EXIT EXtras. Here's an excerpt from this month's edition which focuses on time management:

Take a big step back from your Blackberry, Treo, or daily planner and look at the big picture. Start at the beginning. What are you really responsible for? What are your particular roles? Employee? Parent? Spouse? Church member? Volunteer? Really identify what you are actually responsible for. Life is always in flux and over time your roles will change. Are you still micromanaging your now-grown children? Are you still volunteering even though you now have grandchildren with whom you’d rather be spending your time? You cannot be all things to all people and you can choose which roles will benefit from your time and energy. Really think about this and do not include roles that you are guilted into or feel you need to manage because someone else is not doing their job. One of the saddest things I ever read was an account of a woman who was actually grateful when she was diagnosed with cancer because she was finally able to say no to requests for assistance and she felt having cancer was a legitimate reason to say no. Newsflash: “Because I would rather not” is a perfectly good reason to say no.

Not only that, but since the year 2000, EXIT Realty has paid out Secretarial Bonuses throughout North America totalling over $1 Million. This secretarial bonus structure is just another spectacular feature of the renowned EXIT Formula - even our secretaries and administrators get a piece of the action. What a wonderful way to say thanks for a job well done!

If you believe your real estate office Administration staff is key to running a successful brokerage, join the company that agrees. Contact EXIT Realty today!
