I was contacting him to let him know that I had recently gotten my Texas real estate license and that I would love to work with his referral clients.  At the time, I was with another agency and my REALTOR® friend said that if I ever considered changing brokers I should contact Jack & Dion at EXIT Realty Central Texas because <a title="EXIT Realty" href="http://www.exitrealty.com/" target="_blank">EXIT Realty</a> is, bar none, the best real estate company.  It is important to note that my REALTOR® friend in California is NOT with EXIT.Long story, short, I met with Jack and after talking about my goals for building my Texas business, I was directed to EXIT Realty Exceptional Properties and the office of an absolutely remarkable woman - Dawn Krantz.Since I am dual-licensed, I decided to inquire about where I could place my California license so that I can develop a strong referral business between California and Texas.  I am once again so fortunate to have been directed to EXIT Elite Properties in Newport Beach, and the office of Janisse Dale.There was no question about attending the annual convention this year.  What an absolutely incredible experience! I am so blessed to have found <a title="EXIT Realty" href="http://www.exitrealty.com/" target="_blank">EXIT Realty</a>.I've been home from convention for one week and I have 4 potential seller referrals and 2 potential buyer referrals.  Is there any question about the value of attending convention?
