The dynamite father and daughter real estate sales training team of Bill and Erica Nasby will be bringing their Performance Training to EXIT Realty offices all over North America and to Hawaii in July.
"Through Skype, a wonderful and free technical innovation, we are able to communicate extremely effectively," commented Bill. "This system allows us to coach and train one-on-one in a personal setting, interacting with all of the participants – the experience is as if you are in the same room as the participants, we can read facial expressions and body language; it is multi-dimensional as opposed to the phone, where you stare at the wall!"
