EXIT Realty Bend To Present LIVE Internet TV Show

Jim Mazziotti, the Principal Broker and Franchise Owner of EXIT Realty Bend loves setting benchmarks.

This past March he and his company were believed to be the first real estate company in the United States to present a LIVE 56 Hour Continuous Open House that was seen by more than 2000 viewers from all over the world on the internet.  Those who viewed the LIVE show were able to take part in a show packed full of information on numerous real estate topics including short sales, bank owned properties, home inspections, mortgage products and more.  Viewers could interact via their computer keyboards at home and participate at anytime during the 56 Hour Show.

Now, Jim Mazziotti is moving forward to present the first Central Oregon weekly internet-television show available to anyone, anywhere in the world, who has a computer and an internet connection.  “Our goal at EXIT Realty Bend is to bring people to our virtual doorstep in ways never done before,” said Mazziotti.  “Think about it for just a minute," he continued. "We presented an open house on the internet and had more than 2000 people walk through our virtual doorstep.  Now, that is a paradigm shift, and EXIT is leading the charge here in Central Oregon…and I think that is exactly what our clients are looking for and expect.  By the way….we had another 200 people attend the open house in person and the house received 3 offers.  That is what sellers are looking for,” he said.

The LIVE weekly Internet show will be presented beginning on Wednesday, May 27^th at 7:00 p.m.  PDT.  Those who wish to watch and participate can simply log on to the webcast by going to http://www.exitrealtybend.com/ and clicking on the webcast icon.  The platform used to deliver the webcast worldwide is called Ustream.tv.   “Our main topic for our first show will be Bank Owned Properties because of the huge interest and our active role in the REO property market,” said Mazziotti.  “We will even have some fun with some trivia and other ways for our viewers and participants (via their computer keyboard) to win movie tickets, dinner gift certificates and other prizes.
