40+ Years of Real Estate Experience Points to EXIT Realty

The EXIT Formula is Real Estate Re-Invented

Bob McKinnon, Senior Regional Consultant, EXIT Realty Corp. InternationalIn a recent address to EXIT Realty Franchisees, Senior Regional Consultant, Bob McKinnon reflected on his 40+ years in the real estate business.

“I believe there have been three major innovations in real estate over the past 40 years,” said McKinnon. “The first happened in 1971 when CENTURY 21® introduced franchising. The second occurred in 1972/73 when RE/Max® introduced the 100% commission, desk fee plan. That innovation caused a shift in power from the broker to the agent. Weak management became apparent as they gave away the ship in an effort to keep productive agents who paid their bills.”

In the ensuing years, nothing fundamentally changed. How would the industry return a balance to that power shift? After all, the world needs better real estate offices, not just another real estate office. What if there was a way the broker and agent could get beyond an adversarial position to one of mutually vested interest and respect?

For Bob McKinnon, “The third major innovation to hit the real estate industry and the only one to address these issues is EXIT Realty.”

EXIT Realty Corp. USA made its mark in the U.S. in 1999 and in record time, EXIT has become the fastest growing full-service real estate franchisor in North America. The exclusive EXIT Formula is the reason for its phenomenal growth.

The EXIT Formula is Real Estate Re-invented. For the first time ever, the concept of residuals taken from both the insurance business and the music industry has been introduced to the real estate industry. Residuals are revolutionizing the real estate industry fostering teaching, training and coaching and creating profitability and financial returns that have been  unheard of in years gone by.

EXIT Associates earn residual income on top of their commissions by sponsoring. Sponsoring is a process whereby an EXIT Associate introduces a potential recruit to management. If that recruit is hired, the EXIT Associate who made the introduction receives a financial bonus (residual) from EXIT’s head office as the new recruit’s transactions close. Sponsoring is mentoring with a vested interest: it generates perpetual financial returns and creates an incentive to pass down wisdom. The more the recruit improves, the better the return to the sponsor. This way, everyone in the corporation can receive a "Piece of the Action" for helping to build EXIT through sponsoring.  Watch video here.

“With the EXIT Formula, EXIT Realty is building a company by design that honours both production and success,” concluded McKinnon.
