International recognized the best in North America at their 2008 Convention in Nashville, TN with Luis Nogueira and his team at EXIT Realty Lucky earning the coveted award for Largest Grossing Office (Multiple Locations) in North America. Nogueira opened the first EXIT Realty office in New Jersey and now operates two brokerages in Newark and one in Elizabeth.
