Largest Sponsoring Boot Camp Ever hosted by EXIT Realty Tennessee

Valerie Reyes the newest and youngest "Boot Camp" trainer was the trainer for the largest ever Sponsoring Boot Camp session held on June 26th in Tennessee.  The event was sponsored by the regional owners of EXIT Realty Tennessee. "We really enjoyed hearing the travel stories and the agents plans to use their residual income to help others," said Jean Marie Grumbles, CEO of EXIT Realty Tennessee. Participants flew or drove from as far away as Myrtle Beach, SC and Fayetteville, NC, a 12 hour trip, to participate in this outstanding training on how to Sponsor successfully.

Valerie is a young single mother of 3 (ages 7, 5 and 2) and saw the power of sponsoring while still maintaining the rank of being one of the top 10 agents in her office of 140 salespeople. She sponsored over 100 agents in less than 2 years.  She also developed her own weekly training sessions in order to increase her sponsors' production and pass down the knowledge she has acquired through the EXIT training system.

One broker was heard to say that "it was the best training that he has ever attended."

One of the attendees was so excited she emailed to let us know that she and one of the other attendees spent the five hour trip home talking about how wonderful the Valerie Reyes Sponsoring Workshop was.  She said they "couldn't wait to get started recruiting the RIGHT WAY."  She also said she couldn't wait to get the word out to the other agents in her state to encourage them to get to the nearest workshop as fast as they can.  The next Sponsoring Boot Camp is scheduled for August 9th in Chicago, Illinois.

The attendees received the training and were then instructed to spend just 30 minutes making calls and using what they learned to get leads and schedule appointments with agents to tell them the story about EXIT. In that time the agents made 486 phone calls to agents to invite them to have coffee or lunch with them to share the EXIT system and from those calls they scheduled 69 appointments and secured 73 leads for appointments in the immediate future.  WOW!!!  What a productive day!

Taking this training is the first step to creating a future for yourself and it removes all of the excuses for not doing it sooner.
