Real estate veteran launches Real Time Training

A message from EXIT Realty Corp. International's Vice President of Personal Development, Bill Nasby:

For the past 30 years I have focused my efforts on getting vital information past peoples’ mental road blocks, all the while in my heart knowing only 1-3% (conservative number) of people might be getting part of the information I am teaching, & maybe they will retain it until they get out to the parking lot. 
 
We are extremely pleased that we have finally come up with a very practical system; we refer to it as Real Time Training.  It solves the information retention problem; it gives us a direct channel to peoples’ memory banks that could not exist in a seminar setting. Through Skype, a wonderful and free technical innovation, we are able to communicate extremely effectively. This system allows us to coach and train one-on-one in a personal setting, interacting with all of the participants – the experience is as if you are in the same room as the participants, we can read facial expressions and body language; it is multi-dimensional as opposed to the phone, where you stare at the wall! 
 
Real Time Training Benefits:

Thank you Bill for making the time for us out here in Hawaii.  We were all pleased with yesterday's training using Skype and I received great feedback from the agents who attended.  I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward the the training to come over the next several weeks.  I'm excited to be apart of putting Hawaii on the Map of EXIT's success and I'm proud to be apart of something so GRAND!  A Hui Ho...Until We Meet Again!
