In TV Interview, EXIT Three Rivers Realty Broker/Owner Says Buyers Have Been Given Hope

KSPT TV in MN Reports Despite Poor Economy, Local Housing Market Gets a Boost

In 2008, KSTP TV reported on EXIT Three Rivers Realty Broker/Owner Kim Koehler's successful Forecloser Power Tour and Kim is in the news again. In an interview this week for KSTP Eyewitness Channel 5, Koehler said:

[There is] a rush of buyers coming into the market to us. [First-time homebuyers] didn't think they could do it in 2002 or 2003. They thought they were out-priced…but now they're really excited to invest in a market they thought they'd never have the opportunity.
