Grumbles said that the EXIT MidSouth region was up 15% from 2007 to 2008 while almost every other brokerage organization was down in sales 30-70%. She attributed that increase to agent per person productivity increasing with teaching, training, and coaching as the underlying reason for the increase. EXIT MidSouth gave top honors to EXIT Realty Clarksville and named them Brokerage of the Year.
