Q - Why have you chosen to specialize in the training of your agents?
Gibbs: The market changes every day, every year — especially with the volatile state of our economy. We go from a seller's market into a buyer's market. When agents haven't worked in a buyer's market, you have to teach them to work in today's market. ... We feel (the training) puts us above our competition if we stay current on changing issues.
