Steve Morris, EXIT Realty Founder and CEO, was on hand to present the Top Sponsoring Award to Sales Representative Raymond Wang, achieved after only two years with EXIT Realty Team in Flushing, New York.
With over seven years of experience, and coming from another real estate brand, Raymond was attracted to EXIT mainly because of its unique single-level residual concept. “It’s a win-win situation,” he said. “I found myself motivated to sponsor because by building a team, I could leverage my time and effort and get rewarded financially.” And after successfully sponsoring 52 agents into the EXIT family in a single year, he knew he had found something genuinely unique at EXIT Realty.
