EXIT Realty Platinum Dominates Their Real Estate Market

Earlier this month, Joyce Paron, President of the Canadian Organization for EXIT Realty Corp. International, congratulated Kerry Culberson, Broker/Manager of EXIT Realty Platinum in Woodstock, New Brunswick on achieving #1 in Listings and #2 in Market Share in the area. Kerry had this to say about achieving market dominance:

Having such a strong position in our market is so powerful; we are building momentum which will be hard to catch! It is such a great feeling because in just over 2 years, I would have never expected to be here! It is so true when Bill Nasby says that you need set your goals much higher than you can imagine reaching; this is what I wanted and am now there!!!

It has been a team effort from the entire office and we are all very excited.

EXIT truly stands out in our community due to the fact that our signs are everywhere!!! We not only dominate in listings, we have 50% of our agents with either a wrap, magnets or decals on their vehicles, so where our signs aren't, our vehicles are! We also sponsor a men's softball team which has won their league 2 years in a row with ads in the paper and every team they play has to stare at the EXIT logo the entire game! We do many other promotional events throughout the year where we always upstage the competition (if they are even there).
