 North East, MD (Grassroots Newswire) October 10, 2008 – EXIT Mid-Atlantic, the EXIT Realty franchisor for Delaware, DC, and Maryland, acquired the rights to West Virginia beginning September 2008. The region is owned by Rick McDaniel, Carol McDaniel, and Don Kane.

Included in the acquisition was EXIT Lane Realty Group located in Morgantown, West Virginia, owned by Darby Lane and Gail Hartley. The duo purchased the EXIT Realty franchise in November of 2007. They are the first EXIT Realty office in West Virginia and proud to be so.
