"Grand Centurion Realty, owned by Kevin Guo, was a successful independent office with two locations", explains Castillo. "Kevin built the operation to 75 agents in just three years. He received his real estate license in the mid 1990's where he worked with a large franchise organization. Wanting to be in charge of his own operation, he decided to open and run his own shop. His desire has always been to build a huge organization."
