"There’s a new record at EXIT Realty Metro in Bedford, NS that has every agent in the office striving to break. Written deals for the month, is the title, and 14 is the record! The agent who holds that record is Durwin Leblanc.
"The greatest part about the entire story is that Durwin LeBlanc has only been a licensed real estate agent for just over one year. Durwin comes from a banking background and made the transition to real estate in March 2007. He immediately took all available training offered by EXIT Realty and also attended the EXIT Annual Convention in Nashville, TN in the first six months of his career to ensure his success.
"It all came together in March of this year for Durwin. He could only be seen with a plume of smoke around him as he was on the move. We didn’t hear a full conversation out of him for nearly the entire month...just a few sentences here and there to let us know he was working on another deal and he would keep us posted. Then another few sentences would come....'got another one!'
Everyone in the office was cheering him on, and waiting to see where the final number would end up. The volume he posted in March also earned Durwin another title in our office, that being “Agent of The Month”.
