International to EXIT agents who sponsored new recruiters into the company.
EXIT Mid-Atlantic is the EXIT Realty Region of Delaware, DC, and Maryland, operated by owners Rick McDaniel, Carol McDaniel, and Don Kane. "EXIT Realty offers each associate a residual bonus on sales made by agents they introduce to management," says Kane. EXIT associates can sponsor new EXIT recruits to help build their company anywhere in North America, and EXIT Realty Corp. International will pay them an amount equivalent to 10% of the gross for every transaction of every recruit for as long as those recruits stay within the company.
