Julie Olson, Regional Development Consultant for EXIT Realty Minnesota & Wisconsin, and Franchisee of EXIT Lakes Realty in Wayzata, MN has 30 years experience as a top salesperson, manager, trainer and independent consultant to over 900 professionals involved in the business of real estate and ownership. The Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® presented Julie with this award for her contributions to the Small Broker Network which is based on a training that Julie developed exclusively to help brokers identify what they do best in order to grow their business.
"What many years of experience has taught me is that you have to build a solid foundation before you can responsibly assume an advisory role and represent clients." explains Julie. Julie is regarded as an "expert" in the industry and dedicated to the entrepreneurial business community and advocate for small businesses in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
In other news, EXIT Realty Minnesota is honored to announce the appointments of Carson Brooks to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) Board of Directors and Karen Tobler to the Board of Officers for the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Twin Cities Chapter.
Carson Brooks is Broker and owner of EXIT Lakes Realty, with offices in Wayzata and coming soon to the Calhoun area, the 15th Market Territory for EXIT in Minnesota.

Not only is he a big supporter of building professionalism and collaboration within the real estate business, but he is also involved in various community services.
Karen Tobler is the Regional Franchise Manager with EXIT Realty Minnesota and has been appointed for the second time to the Board of Officers for the Women's Council of REALTORS®.
